Graduation Participation

KCCHS occasionally receives a request to allow a non-KCCHS member to participate in the Graduation Celebration. The petitioning family may be allowed to participate only if the following requirements are met:

•  Only families with a graduating senior will be considered. Eighth grade non-KCCHS members will not be allowed to participate.

•  The family must have a "sponsoring family" within KCCHS who recommends that they be allowed to participate.

•  The KCCHS Leadership Team will review the family's circumstances and reasons why they wish to participate in our graduation. Each family's request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

•  The family must be a member in good standing of an approved Illinois Christian Home Educators home school support group.

•  The family must sign the KCCHS Statement of Faith.

•  The family must pay a $30 graduation fee.
